INITIAL CLEANING
An Initial Cleaning is defined as a new customer utilizing our services for the first time or a customer who has allowed more than one month to lapse since using our services last. An Initial Cleaning is labor intense and is usually applicable to first cleanings for commercial (offices), new construction, residential and vacancies. The following is a standard list of our cleaning services:
1. Dust/Polish/Wash: Interior walls, ceilings, fans, cabinets/drawers (inside & out), wood furniture/glass (includes tables, curio cabinets, etc...), stairwells and windowsills will be cleaned using appropriate methods.
Note: Cabinets and drawers must be empty for inside to be cleaned.
2. Floors: Carpeted areas will be vacuumed and hard surfaces will be vacuumed/mopped.
Note: Floors must be free of clutter in order to be cleaned.
3. Windows: Complete window cleaning services are available upon request.
4. Remove smudges around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas (such as desks).
5. Sanitize and polish all water fountains.
6. Kitchen: All appliances to be cleaned inside and out.
Note: Appliances must be empty for inside to be cleaned.
7. Restrooms: Floors will be cleaned and mopped with germicide provided they are not carpeted. Mirrors, partitions, urinals, toilets, sinks, bathtubs and showers will be cleaned using disinfectant/detergents.
8. Remove soil on entrance doorframes, handles, glass and threshold.
9. Sweep surface of immediate exterior entry areas.
10. Report any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages.
Please note that if this list does not meet or exceeds your needs, additions/modifications can and will be made to meet your needs.
INITIAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of four hours must be purchased.
INITIAL CLEANING FEE
Initial cleanings are billed by the hour which is computed by multiplying total manpower by time on location. Flat rates are available upon request.
COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL
We provide cleaning services weekly, bi-weekly and monthly for commerical and residential. Once an Initial Cleaning has been rendered a flat rate can be established based on your needs for continuous service.
SPECIALS
Weekly and bi-weekly residential customers receive 50% savings and monthly residential customers receive 25% savings for each referral you send us. The following rules and restrictions apply:
1. Your referral must not have done business with us in the past.
2. Discounts will not be credited until service for your referral has been
rendered and paid for.
3. Discounts can only be used towards the flat rate we established with
you for each cleaning.
4. Discounts cannot be combined.
